The Role: Responsibilities: *Meeting and Greeting: Welcoming guests, determining the purpose of their visit, and directing them appropriately; *Communications: Answering and routing incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries; *Office Administration: Managing incoming/outgoing mail, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining a neat, professional reception area; *Office Support: Assisting management and various departments with ad-hoc clerical tasks and inventory management for office supplies.

Requirements: *Working hours: 7.30 AM to 4:00 PM; *Non-negotiable 5 year of relevant reception and administrative experience; *A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for customer service; *Excellent verbal and written communication; *Outstanding organizational skills; *Strong working knowledge of basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel, switchboard operation) ; *Requires own vehicle.
