PRE- TENDER ADVERTISEMENT – PRIVATE SECURITY
SERVICES Brettenwood Homeowners` Association hereby invites all Private Security Service providers with a minimum of 4 years` experience in providing guarding, armed reaction and control room services for Residential Estates housing complexes, housing developments and Body Corporate managed complexes to submit a pre-tender questionnaire for the provision of the aforementioned services for a 3-year period. The pre-tender questionnaire is available on request from: estatemanager@brettenwood.co.za
Upon completion, the questionnaire must be returned to the above email address with the requested supporting documents appended.
Closing date for returns of the completed pre-tender questionnaire is 16:00 on 2 October 2026. Successful applicants will be notified accordingly and summarily invited to complete the full tender pack. Tender packs will be provided to qualifying applicants by email within 14 days from closing date. Pre-tender Questionnaires received after the closing date will not be considered. The adjudication panel`s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
