Quorum: if a quorum is not present, the meeting will be adjourned to 16 May 2026, 10h00, same venue, where members present shall constitute a quorum.

1. Update of membership register – termination of households and admission of qualifying members 2. Consideration of land use applications for Association property 3. Election of Committee members to restore governance of the Association.
