KINDLY TAKE NOTICE THAT:
a) The sale in execution is conducted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 as amended, in pursuant of an order granted against the First and Second Execution Debtor for money owing to the Execution Creditor.
b)Registration as a buyer is a pre- requisite subject to conditions, inter alia:

d)All bidders are required to present their identity document together with their proof of residence for FICA compliance.

f)Rules of the Auction and the conditions of sale may be inspected at the Sheriff`s Office (No. 17A Mgazi Avenue, Umtentweni, Port Shepstone) 24 hours prior to the Auction.

ii)The sale will be strictly for cash or EFT.
iii)Original proof of residence, copy of ID + deposit of R500.00 in cash/EFT.
iv) Prospective buyers can register at the Sheriff`s office, 17A Mgazi Avenue, Umtentweni, from 9am the morning and proceed to the sales venue for the sale. No unregistered buyers will be allowed to participate in the sale in execution.
