LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number ST39571/2011 passed by INSBRO FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS CC, Registration number 2000/047599/23 in respect of:
A Unit consisting of
(a) Section No. 4 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 415/1996 in the scheme known as BONA SERA in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at PORT SHEPSTONE , in the RAY NKONYENI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 66 (Sixty Six) square metres in extent and HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST 39571/2011 which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objections to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at PIETERMARITZBURG within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
