•Permanent Job Specifications which this position relates to but not limited to: `Previous experience or currently working as a dispatch controller, min 3 years
•Need to be time driven to work in a fast-paced environment `Good communication skills with work force `Be able to delegate duties `Daily/Monthly stock takes. `Time keeping of staff and to capture data `Be able to work on national holidays if need be `Work longer hours if required `Abnormal working hours as needed
•Responsible for product coming in and going out of holding room
•Work in a team environment
•Be able to discipline staff as per company rules and regulation
•Math skills as to working with stock *` Ensure proper housekeeping of dispatch department
