This order is made an Order of Court by the Judge whose name is reflected herein, which matter has been heard in physical court, duly stamped by the Registrar of the Court, and is submitted electronically to the Parties and/or their legal representatives by email. ORDER
AFTER having heard the Counsel and after having read the documents filed of record.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: –
1. The matter is heard on an ex parte basis.
2. The return date of the rule nisi granted on 19 February 2026 is extended to 30TH JUNE 2026, directing the First and Second Respondents to show cause why the rule nisi should not be made final.
3. The Applicant is granted leave to effect substituted service of the Court Order, application papers, and this Supplementary Affidavit upon the First and Second Respondents, in accordance with Rule 4(2) of the Uniform Rules of Court, as follows:
3.1. By electronic means to alfrenewals@gmail.com,
3.2. To any known WhatsApp numbers or social media platform the First and Second Respondent`s uses.
3.3. By publication once in either the Citizen, Southern Courier or Comaro Chronicle newspapers.
4. The Court Order granted on 19th February 2026 is varied to remove Mr. Ashook Kirpal as an independent supervising attorney. Accordingly, only one Independent Attorney, being Mr. Mogomotsi Christopher Molefi shall supervise the execution and implementation of the Court Order.
5. The Applicant is authorised to serve the order and the application papers upon: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043, United States of America.
5.1. Principal service may be effected at the above corporate address.
6.The Applicant is granted leave to effect Substituted Service on the 17 (Seventeenth) Respondent (Google South Africa Pty Ltd) as follows:
