MOGALAKWENA LOCAL MUNICIPALIY NOTICE OF A REZONING APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 16 (1) OF THE MOGALAKWENA MUNICIPALITY LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW 2016 AMENDMENT SCHEME No. 224 I, Louis Michael Nel, Professional Land Surveyor, being the authorised agent of the owner of Portion 1 of Erf 258 of the township Piet Potgietersrust, also known as, 39 Ruiter Road, Mokopane Central, hereby give notice in terms of Section 16(1)(f) of the Mogalakwena Municipality Land Use Management By-law, 2016, that I have applied to the Mogalakwena Local Municipality for the amendment of the Mogalakwena Land Use Management Scheme, 2008, for the rezoning of the erf as described above from Residential 1 to Business 1 for business purposes.
Particulars of the application will be available for inspection for a period of 30 days from 16 April 2026 during normal office hours at the office of the Planning and Development Services at the Mogalakwena Local Municipality.
Any objections or comments, including the grounds for such objections and comments with full contact details, shall be lodged in writing to: Planning and Development Services, Mogalakwena Local Municipality or send to thokal@mogalakwena.gov.za.
The period, during which objections and comments can be submitted, will be from 16 April 2026 to 18 May 2026.
Date of the publication of the first notice in Bosveld Newspaper and Limpopo Province Provincial Gazette will be 16 April 2026.
