MARULENG LAND USE SCHEME, 2021 PORTION 450 FARM HAPPYLAND 241KT AMENDMENT SCHEME: 341 We, Elbertse: Town and Regional Planners, being the authorized agent of Portion 450 Farm Happyland 241KT, hereby give notice in terms of Section 87 of the Maruleng SPLUMA Bylaws, 2016, that we have applied to the Maruleng Local Municipality in terms of Section 57 of the Maruleng SPLUMA Bylaws 2016, for the rezoning of Portion 450 Farm Happyland 241KT from `Special for Storage Units` to `Special for Estate Maintenance, Administration and Ancillary Purposes` as further outlined in the Annexure. The property is situated at 24 21` 30.53 S 30 57` 14.54 E along an unnamed Servitude Road, Hoedspruit.
Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager, 65 Springbok Street, Hoedspruit, for the period of 30 days from 28 August 2026 (the date of publication of the notice). Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager, P.O Box 627 Hoedspruit 1380 or be delivered to Civic Centre, 65 Springbok Street, Hoedspruit on or before 28 September 2026, quoting the above-mentioned heading, the objector`s interest in the matter, the ground(s) of the objection/representation, the objector`s property description, phone numbers and address.
