•89 of the Maruleng Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2016, that I, the undersigned, intend to apply for the Subdivision and Rezoning of the Remainder of Portion 1 of the Farm Metz No. 75
•KT (along Morupu Mmola Rd), for the development of the Maruleng Deep Rural Police Station, situated within the Maruleng Local Municipality, Limpopo Province.
A copy of the application and supporting documentation will be available for viewing/inspection from 08:00 to 15:30 at the Town Planning Office (SPED), 64 Springbok Street, Hoedspruit, 1380, for a period of 30 days from the 28th of August 2026 – 26th of September 2026. Any objections to or representations concerning the application must be submitted in writing to both the agent and the Maruleng Local Municipality Town Planning Office (SPED), at the above address or posted to PO Box 627, Hoedspruit, 1380, or to contact Mr. Gabriel Mailula or Ms. Tshifhiwa Mukhethoni from the Maruleng Local Municipality Planning Office on 015 793 2409/015 590 1650, or send an e-mail to mailulam@maruleng.gov.za or mukhethonit@maruleng.gov.za, within a period of 30 days from the 28th of August 2026 – 26th of September 2026. Any person who cannot write may (during office hours) attend at the above-mentioned address, where Mr Gabriel Mailula or Ms Tshifhiwa Mukhethoni of the town planning office will assist in transcribing that person`s objections or comments.
