Dear Interested and Affected Party, In accordance with Condition 10 of the Atmospheric Emissions License (AEL) issued in terms of Section 43 of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004), this letter serves to notify you that Omnia Fertilizer, a Division of Omnia Group (Pty) Ltd, has received its renewed Atmospheric Emissions License from the Nkangala District Municipality 1.Validity of the Atmospheric Emissions License The Atmospheric Emissions License (AEL Reference No. NDM/AEL/MP311/19/01) issued to Omnia Fertilizer, a Division of Omnia Group (Pty) Ltd, is valid until 12 August 2031.
2.Appeal Procedure
Interested and Affected Parties are hereby informed that an appeal against the decision to issue the Atmospheric Emissions License may be submitted in accordance with the appeal procedures provided for in Chapter 7 of Government Notice R543 of 18 June 2010 and as referenced in the license conditions.
