Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 80 of the Emalahleni Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law, 2016, read with the provisions of the Emalahleni Land Use Management Scheme, 2020, of an application for special consent and building line relaxation for the purpose of a workshop on Erf 1449, Emalahleni Extension 8.
I, Leseho Maelane, of the consultancy `Progressive Urban Strategies`, have submitted the above-mentioned application to the Emalahleni Municipal Offices.
