(Identity No: 761088 5128 080) – Third Respondent NOTICE OF SALE IN EXECUTION In execution of a judgment and order of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Pretoria, granted on 25 March 2024 under case number 023653/2023, and pursuant to a warrant of execution/attachment in respect of immovable property issued on
24 June 2025, the following immovable property of the Execution Debtors will be sold in execution by the Sheriff of the High Court, Witbank, at PLOT 31 ZEEKOEWATER, cnr GORDON ROAD AND FRANCOIS STREET, WITBANK, or such other venue as will be indicated at the Sheriff`s office, on Wednesday the 16th of September 2026 at 10h00, subject to the Conditions of Sale which are available for inspection at the offices of the Sheriff during office hours.
CERTAIN: Section No. 69, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS31/2009, in the scheme known as SMOKEY MOUNTAIN OFFICE VILLAGE, in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at E 2824 Benfleur Extension 11 Township, Emalahleni Local Municipality. Of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan, is 121 (one hundred and twenty-one) square metres in extent.
Together with an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
