LESO AJ In the matter between: FIRSTRAND BANK LTD – APPLICANT and JETVEST 1230 CC – RESPONDENT ORDER HAVING READ THE PAPERS FILED ON RECORD, HAVING HEARD COUNSEL FOR THE APPLICANT AND HAVING CONSIDERED THE MATTER, THE FOLLOWING ORDER IS MADE: 1.That the abovementioned Respondent be provisionally wound-up;
2.That a rule nisi be issued calling upon the Respondent and all interested parties to show cause, if any, to this Honourable Court on 26 October 2026 #114 at 10h00 as to why the Respondent should not be finally wound-up;
3.The relief set forth in paragraph 1 of this Order shall operate as a provisional winding-up order with immediate effect;
4.That a copy of the provisional order be served on the Respondent at its registered address, the employees of the Respondent, if any, the registered trade union(s) representing the employees of the Respondent, if any, the Master of this Honourable Court, the South African Revenue Service, and published not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the return date of the rule nisi in the Government Gazette and in the Witbank News and Middelburg Observer newspapers;
5.The costs of this application, on the scale as between attorney and client, be costs in the winding- up of the Respondent;
