PUBLIC NOTICE: NOTICE NO: 09/2026 ADOPTION OF THE FINAL INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) & BUDGET REVIEW PROCESS PLAN 2027/28 Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 28 of Local Government Municipal Systems Act 2000 (MSA), (Act 32 of 2000) and the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, (Act No. 56 of 2003) Section 21, that Council of Lesedi Local Municipality has approved the finai2027/281DP & BUDGET Process Plan in its special council sitting of 27 August 2026. This Process Plan reflects all the planning activities (time schedule) to be undertaken with an intent to develop 2027/28 Reviewed lOP, 2027/28 MTREF/Budget and Performance Management System (PMS). A detailed approved Process Plan can be viewed on the Municipal website, and it is also available in Municipal Offices at lOP and Budget Units. Lesedi Local Municipality also requests stakeholders to register their representatives in our database to be part of the lOP Representative forum during the 2027/28 Financial Year.
