WRITTEN CONSENT APPLICATION FOR A SPAZA SHOP ON SITE 144A, KWENA MOLOTO, UNDER THE MOLETSI TRADITIONAL COUNCIL Notice is hereby given in terms of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-law, 2024, read together with the Polokwane Integrated Land Use Scheme, 2022, that Prospero Global Developments (Pty) Ltd, on behalf of the owner or PTO holder, has submitted an application to the Polokwane Local Municipality for written consent to formalise a spaza shop (kiosk) on Site 144A, Kwena Moloto, under the jurisdiction of the Moletsi Traditional Authority. The application seeks to obtain the necessary municipal approval in terms of Clause 37 to allow the continued operation of the spaza shop in a formal, compliant manner. Particulars of the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Town Planners, Second Floor, West Wing, Civic Centre, Landdros Mar Street, Polokwane, for a period of 28 days from 29 April 2026. Any person who wishes to object to or make representations in respect of the application must submit such objection or representation in writing, together with reasons, to the Municipal Manager, Polokwane Local Municipality, PO Box 111, Polokwane, 0700, within a period of 28 days from 29 April 2026.
