NOTICE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE APPROVED SOCIAL AND LABOUR PLAN This notice is to inform the public that Mapochs Resources (Pty) Ltd has received the approval of its Social and Labour Plan (SLP) for the period 2011-2015 by the Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources (DMPR) the approval has been granted In accordance with the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act 28 of 2002).
Please note that that the SLP is published in English and a dominant local language (Sepedi) commonly used in the area.
The Social and Labour Plan sets out the Company`s commitments to:
•Local economic development projects in Roossenekal and surrounding villages.
•Skills development programmes for youth and women.
•Employment equity and community upliftment initiatives.
