NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT USE, IN TERMS OF SECTION 76(1) AND 94(1) (H) OF THE STEVE TSHWETE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BYLAW, 2016.
I Amelia Eksteen being the registered owner of Erf/Erven Ptn 121 Farm Rondebosch hereby give notice in terms of section 94(1)(h) of the Steve Tshwete Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Bylaw, 2016, that I have applied to the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality for consent use for abovementioned property situated at (street address) Ptn 121 of the farm Rondebosch 403 JS, Middelburg, Mpumalanga, 1055, for the purpose of Duet Houses. The land is zoned Residential 1 in terms of the Steve Tshwete Land Use Scheme 2019.
Any objection/s or comments including the grounds for such objection/s or comments with full contact details, shall be made in writing to the Municipal Manager, P.O. Box 14, Middelburg 1050 within 30 days from
21 August 2026.
