I, Mr. Sepadi Tumisho Nkadimeng, of Airborne Planners (Pty) Ltd, being the authorised agent of the registered owner of Portion 1 of

Erf 100 Middelburg, hereby give notice in terms of Section 62(1),

read with Chapter 6 and Section

94(1)(a) of the Steve Tshwete Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2016, that I have applied to the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality for the amendment of the Steve Tshwete Land Use Scheme, 2019, by the rezoning of Portion 1 of Erf 100

Middelburg, situated at 61A SADC Street, Middelburg, from “Residential Zone 1” to “Residential

Zone 3″ for purposes of a guest house, subject to the development controls contained in Amendment

Scheme 263, Annexure 239.
