TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT:
1. This sale is a sale in execution is conducted in accordance to the consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 as amended, in pursuant of an order granted against the defendant for money owing to the plaintiff;
2.The auction will be conducted by the sheriff, N P Mkhize, or his deputy;
3.Advertising costs at current publication rates and sale costs according to court rules, apply;
4.Registration as a buyer is a pre- requisite subject to specific conditions, inter alia:
4.1) Directive of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (URLhttQ://www.infor.gov.za/view/DownadfileAction? id=99961)
4.2)Original proof of residence, copy of ID + deposit of R1000.00 in cash
4.3) Prospective buyers can register on site at Unit 3, 14 Hydrogen Line, Alton, Richards Bay . Registration starts from 8:00 in the morning. No unregistered buyers will be allowed to participate in the sale of execution
5.Rules of the auction and conditions of sale may be inspected at the Sheriff`s Office (37 Union Street, Empangeni) 24hours prior to the auction;
6.All bidders are required to present their identity document together with their proof of residence for FICA compliance;
7.All bidders are required to pay R (1000.00) (refundable) registration fee prior to the commencement of the auction in order to obtain a buyer`s card.
