KING CETSHWAYO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO COMMENT – DRAFT KING CETSHWAYO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY WATER AND SANITATION BY-LAWS Notice is hereby given that the King Cetshwayo District Municipality (KCDM), in terms of Section 156 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (Act 108 of 1996), read together with Section 11 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), intends to adopt the updated King Cetshwayo District Municipality Water and Sanitation By-Laws. The updated By-Laws were approved by the King Cetshwayo District Council on 25 February 2022 (KCDM 114/2022). Members of the public and all interested and affected parties are hereby invited to submit written comments and representations on the Draft Water and Sanitation By-Laws within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice.
