APPLICATION FOR COUNCIL`S CONSENT IN TERMS OF SECTION 27(1)(B) OF SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT PLANNING 2017, AS AMENDED READ WITH CLAUSE 3.3.1 AND 3.1.3.1 OF THE UMHLATHUZE LAND USE SCHEME, 2025 Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 27(1)(b) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Bylaw read with Clause 3.3.1 and 3.1.3.1 of the uMhlathuze Land Use Scheme, 2025, that I, MS HLANZEKA ZINHLE MTHIYANE in my capacity as applicant intend on applying to the City of uMhlathuze, for the Consent of the Council to use ERF 11171 BIRDSWOOD, RICHARDS BAY, which is registered in the name of MS VALENTINE NTOMBENHLE NDLOVU, for the purpose of a Lodge Facility.
