LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Grant Number TG2582/1994KZ passed by KWAZULU GOVERNMENT in favour of BHEKITHEMBA ALERT CHILI, Identity Number 6111255681081 (now deceased) in respect of ERF 1456 NGWELEZANA A, REGISTRATION DIVISION GU, PROVINCE OF KWAZULU-NATAL, IN EXTENT 311 (THREE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN) square metres in extent, which has been lost or destroyed.
All interest persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Assistant Registrar of Deeds: KwaZulu-Natal at Pietermaritzburg, 300 Pietermaritz Street, Pietermaritzburg, 3201 within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
