MTHONJANENI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY MTHONJANENI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY KZ281 PUBLICATION OF 2026/2027 PERFORMANCE AGREEMENTS OF THE MUNICIPAL MANAGER AND MANAGERS DIRECTLY ACCOUNTABLE TO THE MUNICIPAL MANAGER Notice is hereby given in terms of Local Government Performance Regulations for Municipal Managers and Managers Directly Accountable to the Municipal Managers of 2006 read together with Chapter 7 Section 53 (3) (b) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act No. 56 of 2003), that the Performance Agreements of the Municipal Manager, and Managers Directly Accountable to the Municipal Manager, are made public no later than 14 days after being concluded. In terms of Chapter 4 Section 21(a) of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, 2026/2027 Performance Agreements are available for inspection on the Municipal website (www.mthonjaneni.gov.za).
