The above Bids will be evaluated and adjudicated according to the following criteria: Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 (Act no 5 of 2000) and the amended PPPFA regulation 2022, whereby 80 is for price and 20 for specific goals. The Two Evaluation System will be evaluated as follows;
•First stage: Functionality, 100% (minimum threshold of 70%).
•Second stage: Preferential points for specific goals, 20 points.
