NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE CITY OF MBOMBELA SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY- LAW
I, Werner Mostert of the firm GAP Development Planners, have lodged a land development application under reference number
AM/26/00415 in terms of Chapter 6, read with Section 58 of the City of Mbombela Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2019. The purpose of the application is to rezone Erf 500 Nelspruit Extension 2 Township from `Residential` to `Institutional` for purposes of establishing medical suites and related uses on the property. The subject property is situated within the jurisdiction of the City of Mbombela Local Municipality, approximately 600m from the City of Mbombela Local Municipality and approximately 2.2 km to the Mbombela Police station within the CBD, at the following street address 41 Mostert Street.
