NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE CITY OF MBOMBELA SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY- LAW

I, Werner Mostert of the firm GAP Development Planners, have lodged a land development application under reference number

AM/26/00413 in terms of Chapter 6, read with Section 63, 69 and 58 of the City of Mbombela Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2019. The purpose of the application is to subdivide Portion 10 of the farm Blinkwater 101-JU into two portions, consolidate the subdivided portion (Proposed Portion A) with Portion 31 of the farm BLinkwater 101-JU into one larger property and rezone the consolidated portion (Proposed Portion B) of the farm Blinkwater 101-JU from “Agriculture” to “Institutional” for purposes of establishing a mortuary and related uses. The subject property is situated within the jurisdiction of the City of Mbombela Local Municipality, approximately 24.4 km away from Mbombela Police station and 9.7 km of White River CBD, at the following GPS Coordinates: Portion 10- 2520`43.18″S 31 04`54.54″E and Portion 31- 2520`45.42″S 31 04`57.72″E.

Any person who cannot read or write may consult with any staff member of the office of the Senior Manager: Land Use Management Section during office hours and assistance will be given to transcribe that person`s objections or comments.
