NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE CITY OF MBOMBELA SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY- LAW

I, Werner Mostert of the firm GAP Development Planners, have lodged a land development application under reference numbers

RT/26/00007 in terms of Chapter 6, read with Section 59(2) of the City of Mbombela Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2019. The purpose of the application is to remove restrictive title conditions as contained in the title deeds for Erven

487 (T9389/2013) Rocky Drift Extension 28. The subject property is situated within the jurisdiction of the City of Mbombela Local Municipality approximately located 6.8 km from the White River Police Station along the R40 road, at the following GPS Coordinates: 2522`30.44″S 3059`32.77″E.
