Section 24G Environmental Authorisation Application in terms of the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998 for the clearance of indigenous vegetation for agricultural purposes, Portion 20 of the farm Karino 134-JU, City of Mbombela, Mpumalanga
Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 41 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations of 2014, (as amended in 2017) read with the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998) (NEMA) of the following:
The applicant, Mr. Pierre de Villiers, is applying for Environmental Authorisation (EA) in terms of Section 24G of the NEMA 107, 1998 for the clearance of 9.7Ha of indigenous vegetation for agricultural purposes, on portion 20 of the farm Karino 134-JU, near Mbombela, City of Mbombela, (Coordinates: 25 28.626`S, 31 6.587`E).
Section 24G Environmental Authorisation Application will be submitted to the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land and Environmental Affairs (DARDLEA) for consideration.
