NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE MBOMBELA BY-LAW ON SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT
We, Mabuyi Development Planners have lodged a land development application
(AM/26/00429 & SD/26/00013) in terms of Section 63 read with Chapter 6 of the City of Mbombela By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2019, for the subdivision of Remainder of the Farm M`timba 20-JU; and in terms of Section 58 read with Chapter 6 of the City of Mbombela By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2019, for the rezoning of the newly subdivided portion of the Remainder of the Farm M`timba 20-JU, from “Agriculture“ to “Government Use“ for the purpose of a Fire Station. The Proposed subdivision/demarcation is
2922 sqm.
