NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTIONS 90 AND 91 OF THE CITY OF MBOMBELA BY-LAW ON SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT, 2019
I/We, Pat Ngobeni Land Surveyors, have lodged a land development application
SD/25/00019+AM/25/00329 in terms of Sections 90 and 91 Mbombela By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2019, for Rezoning and simultaneous Subdivision of erf 3599 Barberton Extension 7 Township from `Residential with a density of 1 dwelling unit per Erf` to `Residential with a density of 1 dwelling unit per 805sqm`. The application is made in terms of Section 58 read with Section 63(2) of the City of Mbombela Municipality By-Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2019.
