Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the
issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T2114/2025 passed by JABULANI
ELLIOT MANDHLENKOSI NSIBANDE, Identity Number 570507 5797 083, Unmarried, in favour of PIETER ABEL LUKHELE, Identity Number 670207 5317 086, and SESI MARIA LUKHELE, Identity Number 700703 0488 082, Married in community of property to each other, in respect of certain ERF 308 WESSELTON TOWNSHIP, Registration Division I.T., Province MPUMALANGA, which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga at Mbombela within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
