NOTICE LOST OR DESTROYED DEED
Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68(1) of the Deeds Registries Act 47/1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of DEED OF TRANSFER held by DEED OF TRANSFER NUMBER T124282/1998 passed by CIRO`S HOLDINGS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED, REGISTRATION NUMBER:
66/04303/07 in favour of TRANSITIONAL LOCAL COUNCIL OF BALFOUR in respect of certain ERF 384 BALFOUR TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.R., PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at MPUMALANGA, 25 BELL STREET, MBOMBELA, 1201 within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
