Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T10831/2015 passed by
1. FRANK MICHAEL WATTS, Identity Number 481108 5003 081, Unmarried, 2. BRENDA EDITH WATTS, Identity Number 570107 0104 086, Unmarried, in favour of JEREMIAH JOSEPH THEUNISSEN, Identity Number 620624 5008 088 and GWNYTH NESTA THEUNISSEN, Identity Number 670112 0023 087, Married in community of property to each other, in respect of certain ERF 128 NUMBIPARK, REGISTRATION DIVISION JU, PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA, which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at MPUMALANGA within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
