SUPPLIER DATABASE TSHWANE UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY Tshwane University of Technology (Procurement Department) hereby invites service providers to apply to be registered and included on the TUT Supplier Database for the 2026 financial year. This invitation is open to all new service providers. Service providers are allowed to register six (6) categories/commodities of products/services they provide. Commodities will be highlighted in the automated Vendor Registration form. Note that TUT will not conduct business with service providers who are not registered on the TUT Supplier Database in terms of the applicable university policy. Who should apply:Any service provider that has never registered on the TUT database (new registration); If you applied online in 2024/2025 and did not receive a TSD reference number, PLEASE DO RE-APPLY It is the responsibility of each service provider to ensure that they submit a fully completed Vendor Registration form with the required attachments. Failure to do so will automatically disqualify a service provider from being registered on the database. Note that registration on the TUT Supplier Database does not guarantee business but a“ords a services provider or supplier an equal and fair chance to compete for business opportunities that may arise. To access the automated Vendor Registration form, visit the TUT website at www.tut.ac.za, under TENDERS, click on Database Registration. The automated Vendor Registration form will be accessible from Monday, 29 June 2026. The registration deadline is Friday, 31 July 2026; after this date, the link will be deactivated.
