27.3 This provisional order of liquidation must:

27.3.1 be served on the respondent by sheriff,

27.3.2 be served on all relevant trade unions (if any) and all possible employees (if any) by sheriff,

27.3.3 be served on the South African Revenue Services and the Master of the High Court by hand,

27.3.4 be published once in the Government Gazette,

27.3.5 be published in the Lowvelder Newspaper once.
