1. The Respondent be placed provisional liquidation;

2. A rule nisi is issued in terms of which the Respondent, or any affected party is called to appear and show cause, if any, to this Court on

25 SEPTEMBER 2026 why the provisional liquidation order should not be made final;

3. The rule nisi order be publishedd in the Government Gazette and the Lowvelder Newspaper before the return date.

4. The rule nisi be served on the Respondent company at its registered address;

5. The costs to be costs in the application;

6. Service to be affected in terms of section 346 4A of the Act.
