DRAFT ORDER
After having read the documents filed in the matter, heard argument on behalf of the Applicant:
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The rule nisi granted on
25 May 2026 is confirmed.
2. The dissolution of the First Respondent (`Vukani`) is declared void in terms of Section 83(4) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008.
3. The CIPC is directed to restore Vukani`s name to the register of comapies.
4. The assets of Vukani are declared no longer bona vacantia and are re-vested in the First Respondent.
5. The liabilities of Vukani, immediately prior to its dissolution, are declared to be re- vested in the First Respondent.
6. Costs are reserved for adjudication during the hearing of Part B of this application.
7. The Applicant is granted leave to approach the Honourable Court for the relief in terms of Part B on these papers, duly amplified, if necessary.
