NOTICE IN TERMS OF THE MPUMALANGA GAMING ACT, 1995 (ACT NO. 5 OF 1995), AS AMENDED: APPLICATION FOR A MANUFACTURER, MAINTENANCE OR SUPPLIER LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that BetBlast SA (Pty) Ltd, Registration Number
2026/325535/07, intends to submit an application for a Manufacturer, Maintenance or Supplier Licence in terms of the Mpumalanga Gaming Act, 1995 (Act No. 5 of 1995), as amended.
The application will be open for public inspection for a period of 30 days, from
01 September 2026. A copy of the application may be obtained from the Chief Executive Officer of the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator upon request by email to ceo@mer.org.za.
Attention is drawn to the provisions of Section 26 of the Mpumalanga Gaming Act, 1995 (Act No. 5 of 1995), as amended, which provide for the lodging of written objections in respect of the application. Any objection must be submitted
in writing to the Chief Executive Officer by email to
ceo@mer.org.za within the aforementioned public inspection period.
