Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T017748/2003 passed by UMVANGAZI NATUURPARK PROPRIETARY LIMITED Registration Number 1973/015165/07 in favour of V N MINING PROPRIETARY LIMITED Registration number 1984/011494/07 in respect of certain property: PORTION 75 (A PORTION OF PORTION 3) OF THE FARM WELTEVREDEN 455, REGISTRATION DIVISION J.T.PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA MEASURING 4.1981 (FOUR COMMA ONE NINE EIGHT ONE) HECTARES which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deed: Mpumalanga at Mbombela within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
