Diepkloof church donates food parcels to Nandi Primary learners
Ten food parcels were donated to Nandi Primary School learners by a Diepkloof home cell group ahead of the festive season.
The members of a Grace Bible Church Home Cell in Diepkloof Phase 3 donated food parcels to learners at Nandi Primary School on November 25.
The donation comes from an initiative that was started by Home Cell members who wanted to support local families ahead of the Christmas season, ensuring that underprivileged learners and their families have something to eat during the festive period.
Working closely with the school principal, France Chilone, and the school health board, the church identified learners in need and provided them with food parcels.

“This mission is inspired by the example of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, who taught us to love and assist our neighbours.
As members of Grace Bible Church, we uphold the pillar of social relevance, remaining aware of the needs within our community and offering support wherever we can. We believe that as a church, we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
“This initiative is a simple act of love, reminding our community that they are seen, valued, and supported, especially in this season.
“We hope they will have a merry Christmas and joyous New Year like other families and remain safe as we are looking forward to seeing them and assisting further in 2026,” said a representative.
