Chiefs report missing trialist to authorities

Kaizer Chiefs have left the matter of missing trialist Ismael Olivier Toure to the authorities.

Toure was released by Chiefs last week following an unsuccessful trial with Amakhosi. The defender was then transported to OR Tambo International Airport, where he was expected to fly back to Ivory Coast to rejoin his team.

Chiefs announce their concerns over the defender’s whereabouts last week Friday.

“As long as his team knows that we’ve released him, our part is done,” Motaung tells KickOff.com

“It’s not like we are looking for him or we want him. We don’t want him, that’s why we’ve released him after all.

“It’s up to the authorities to do their investigations. He knows he shouldn’t be in a country that he is not supposed to be.”
