Agent speaks on Dolly’s reported move to Chiefs

After Keagan Dolly revealed he grew up supporting Kaizer Chiefs rumours starting doing the rounds about a possible return to play in PSL by the Bafana Bafana midfielder.

However, his agent Paul Mitchell says his client will be staying at Montpellier beyond this season as he wants to continue playing in Europe.

Dolly has had limited game time at the French club this season after suffering a broken leg and was making a full recovery before the league was suspended due to the coronavirus.

“Dolly was in full training before lockdown and would have probably been on the bench for the next game,” Mitchell told SAFM.

“The links to Chiefs are completely untrue. He is still only 27 and is in his prime. His focus is Europe and if he had to leave France, I’m very sure he won’t be coming back to South Africa,” said Mitchell.
