Dikwena coach looking for team effort

Platinum Stars coach, Cavin Johnson has urged his team to give their best effort again when they take on Golden Arrows in an Absa Premiership clash on Tuesday evening.

Johnson praised his players’ effort in their 2-1 win over Chippa United last Sunday. “You can’t fault the team for putting in the effort,” said Johnson.

“You can never say I am a winner without effort. We have to give credit to the players. I hope we continue to do what we did at home in the last game. It would be great to win again,” added the former SuperSport United mentor.

Dikwena are currently ninth on the log with 22 points off 19 matches and a win against Abafana Bes’thende could see them break into the top eight.
