The Swedish coach’s resignation comes as reports that Pirates were ready to replace him with Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic, who left his post as Uganda national team coach last weekend.

Pirates have now confirmed through a statement on the club’s website that Jonevret has left Bucs, but the Buccaneers did not name his replacement.
