Bafana legend sings Maboe’s praises
Philemon Masinga believes Maritzburg United midfielder Lebohang Maboe has a bright future ahead of him.

The Bafana Bafana legend was impressed by Maboe during the 2017/2018 season.
“I think he has put his hand up for the national team going forward. Age is on his side and it’s up to him to continue doing well going into the new season,” Masinga told Vodacom Soccer.
“You can tell that he is a quality player, playing with confidence after a good season with Maritzburg and more international games for Bafana Bafana player will help him.
“I think coach Baxter selected him to grow, but he knows that its not going to be an easy road for him to remain in the team going forward.
“If he keeps doing well I’m confident he will be selected for the bigger games.
“The national team coach is spoiled for choice because there are a lot of good players in his position, but his advantage is that he has age on his side.”
