Speaking after the two teams’ 1-1 draw at Orlando Stadium on Tuesday night, Baxter said South African players are not too keen on structural play.

“Kjell is an honest guy who will earn every penny he gets here and the players will benefit from his order and structure,” said the former Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana mentor.

“He’ll have a tough job of balancing the need for Pirates to have structure and the SA mentality of wanting to play the ball. European coaches struggle because they have too much structure and SA players don’t like it, but without structure there’s chaos,” added Baxter.
