Cameroonian striker on trial at Wits

Bidvest Wits have Cameroonian striker Ronald Ngah at the club on trial, head coach Gavin Hunt confirmed on Tuesday.

“He is a big striker from Cameroon, we are having a look for a couple of days,” said Hunt at Wits training .

Ngah was training with the Clever Boys squad as they prepare for Saturday’s Telkom Knockout final against Bloemfontein Celtic at the Princess Magogo Stadium in KwaMashu.

The 26-year-old was last at Cameroon side Cotonsport de Garoua, competing with them in the 2017 Caf Champions League.

Cotonsport reached the group stages of this year’s Champions League, but did not win a single game, losing home and away to Al Ahly, eventual winners Wydad Casablanca, and Zanaco of Zambia.
