SuperSport managed to beat Maritzburg United last Wednesday, but they followed that up with a 0-2 defeat on Sunday to another off-form side, AmaZulu.
The Pretoria side have managed only 13 goals in 16 league matches this season, with Jeremy Brockie, who signed for Mamelodi Sundowns last week, not in his usual scoring form.
Utility player Aubrey Modiba has netted the most goals for his side this term – five of the 13, even though he’s not an out-an-out striker and has also been used at left-back.
