Chiefs set to release Paez in June
A source has claimed that Amakhosi coach, Ernst Middendorp has not been impressed by Paez and he will be shipped out to make way for another foreign player for next season.

Gustavo Paez and a senior player are said to be among those topping the list of players who will be released by Kaizer Chiefs at the end of the season, Phakaaathi has heard.
A source has claimed that Amakhosi coach, Ernst Middendorp has not been impressed by Paez and he will be shipped out to make way for another foreign player for next season.
“The rumours that Paez may be released have been going on for quite a while and I think he was meant to be let go before the start of this season but the club could not reach an agreement to terminate (his contract). But this time around it looks highly likely that he will go. There is also another senior player who will also be released but it’s not clear as yet who it is,” said the source.
